Caledon Virtual’s Nelly Roach led her team to victory in the 3rd Annual Celebrity Apprentice to benefit Job Point; raising more than $5,600 of the record-breaking $30,000 generated by the event.
“We had an amazing team,” said Roach. “Dean Runyan of Columbia Insurance Group, Lisa Pilkington of Midway USA, and David Coil of Coil Construction Company were a blast to work with. Our ‘Donate Job Point Style’ video was some of the most fun I’ve had in raising funds for a great cause.”
Each of the teams were given various tasks to complete around Columbia which were designed to take advantage of business acumen, talents, and fame to raise money and awareness for Job Point.
“Having fun in all we do for Caledon Virtual and our clients is very important,” said Roach. “We took that same kind of attitude with Celebrity Apprentice. We wanted to win, but more importantly, we wanted to bring the most money and attention to Job Point as we could.”
