If you are anything like us, you’ve been keeping a watchful eye as Prince William and Kate Middleton prepared to exchange vows today. Lots of pomp and circumstance to be sure, but the historical aspect of the union can’t be dismissed. It’s been nearly 30 years since the world has been privy to a royal wedding of this magnitude, and even if the wedding itself is over and done with, there’s still plenty to keep an eye on.
Two feeds we’ve been following with great interest in the past few weeks include the official British Monarchy feed and the Clarence House feed which keeps tabs on Prince Charles and Camilla, and Princes William and Harry. The Clarence House feed is so good that the British Monarchy feed has simply been retweeting the majority of its tweets throughout the wedding festivities.
Are there more important things in the world? Of course. Our thoughts and prayers go out to those across the South who have died, their family members, and anyone who has been affected by the horrific storms this week. Follow the Red Cross for information on how you can help those devastated by that tragedy. We hope you can find room in your Twitter feed for some fun in the Royal Wedding, and also room to help those who are in need with the Red Cross.
