His law practice is a partner with another law firm locally and his impressive professional experiences is a great asset to his marketing strategy.
The Challenges
One of our biggest challenges when doing SEO marketing is the timeline. We were able to work for a period from August 1st, 2020 through July 31st, 2021, which in the grand scheme of optimizing and building credibility with search engines, isn’t guaranteed to be impactful. We also worked with the existing website ScottHamblinLaw.com. SEO metrics get a boost when you create a new website, so when you use your existing website for SEO, it doesn’t boost your metrics in the same way.

High-Level Strategy
Our team was able to increase relevant traffic by increasing the website’s ranking for terms that matter to the target audience. We also converted website traffic to MQL (market qualified leads) via phone calls, texts, and form submissions. Our SEO work improved conversion rates of UA goals and increased Google My Business visibility.
Low-Level Tactics
Caledon Virtual digital strategists identified and built “KW buckets” of content. We also identified and built internal link carving opportunities. Our SEO plan also included Seek Featured Snippet placement in search results with FAQ Schema additions to HTML. Additionally, we improved placement of primary CTAs throughout the website template.
Ongoing blogging using topics relevant to the client’s audience and our linking-building goals also boosted Scott Hamblin’s SEO data even further. We optimized the client’s Google My Business profile and other directory listings. We rounded off our strategy with ongoing Google My Business posting relevant to the client’s audience local ranking goals.
The Results
Our team used a combination of website technical SEO, on-page SEO with blogging, and Google Business Profile posts to create rapport with search engines with regular updates and additional keyword saturation. Our social media ads focused on related, quality, relevant content and design for the unique target audience and consistent ad development and posting.

Our team was able to use our strategy to product a 24% increase in Google CTR. Additionally, we improved Google Business Profile metrics across the board with a 213% increase in profile views/impressions, a 142% increase in clicks, a 190% increase in calls and a 107% increase in direction routing.
Social Media Ads
Through effective Facebook ads, along with display ads, our team developed three different campaigns around family law services offered and identified unique target audiences for all three to ensure effective messaging was created. We developed two ads for each campaign to allow A/B testing and improve performance which increased client metrics.
